What services do you offer?

You can report a technical issue or request support by calling your dedicated support line (if available) or contacting us via the methods displayed on the Support page. Communications are typically managed through phone call and/or email with all details logged in our ticketing system.

Our business hours for support and all other functions are 09:30-17:30 Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays. An emergency fault reporting service is available out of hours. See the Support page for further details.

Our quoting and ordering process begins with consultation. Please get in touch for a no-commitment conversation about your requirements. We may then provide an estimate and begin to craft your ideal solution.

To upgrade or change your service agreement, please contact us via your preferred method found on our Contact page. We’ll assist you in selecting the best plan to meet your needs.

If you need to cancel your service, please contact our customer service team to discuss the process. We will guide you through the cancellation procedure and discuss any potential fees or requirements.

All goods and services are invoiced after delivery or installation with a net 14-day payment period. Payment may be made by Direct Debit or bank transfer. Payment terms for ongoing services are outlined in your service agreement. For more information, please get in touch.
