Device Management

In most cases, deployment involves the installation of management software on your computers. Ideally, we will reset and rebuild each active device, though if necessary this can be done in phases and/or as new hardware is deployed.

Onboarding & Offboarding
This service is included in Device Management, but also available separately for those whose devices are managed by another party. We will configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and smartphones to your requirements when somebody joins your team or an upgrade is required.
Configurations can be completed either remotely (with some help from your team) or in-house if you would like us to hold stock and manage logistics for you. We can also manage device returns and remote device lockdown if desired.
Our expert attention to detail ensures that your team receives appropriately configured equipment as and when they need it. Consultancy is included to help find the best configuration builds for you.
End User Support
All of our products, services, and solutions are fully supported as standard, though an additional layer of end user support is available to address otherwise unrelated and general day-to-day IT queries.
There is no limit or restriction on End User Support.

End User Support offers your typical IT helpdesk experience and pairs well with management services when looking to outsource your entire IT team.
Cyber Security & Monitoring
This service goes a step further to protect your Windows devices from malware and other security threats by leveraging a dedicated software solution with backing from a large security team. Your devices will be protected by an industry leading antivirus engine with alerts sent to real people for analysis if a threat is found.
The software will take immediate action to secure your devices before we follow up with your team directly to perform any on-device investigations and offer support. We also offer Cyber Security consultancy and can help you obtain certifications.
Cloud Solutions
Cloud solutions can offer many advantages over hosting on-premises services though it is important to find the right solution and implement it carefully – avoiding any unnecessary down time, unexpected costs, and feature loss.
We offer consultancy to help you understand your options before completing a cloud build or migration. Ongoing support and management is available to keep your cloud solution running well.
On-Premises Infrastructure
